I started using it for a week, I can feel a deep sleep of state that I have when I wake up. It did take me awhile to fall asleep once falling asleep, that’s it. I’m a light sleeper when every little noise wakes me, not anymore.
Q: Why is magnesium stearate used here? Your literature says you avoid these fillers. I love your products and use curcumin and cut d3 daily and look to you for clean ingredients.
